Yeah living in Dawlish, I've removed the yellow film on the fogs. Got US import yellow bulbs now for my main beam. They stand out really well.
I gotta do an update over the weekend.  At the moment been buying parts to fix the car, now its gone 100,000mi everything seems to break and fail. Front shocks have just literally gave up this week, both chucking oil eveverywhere resulting in ruining my top mounts. Got a quote today from TPS £58 each, plus waiting for my TTRS top mounts to arrive. Stiller compound.

Decided to do my grill and kidneys. They was looking very dull and grey.
Did a bit of prep, TFR and then pressure washed. Scrubbed anything that was dodgy looking. Dried and then sprayed at least 3 coats. Left to bake in the sun. Results are pretty good!

How's the trim holding up after paint? Interested in doing this but don't want it to fade!

The trim is still holding up well to be honest. Did have a good look over the weekend when I washed the car. I've bought another can for touch up but so far its still sat in my tool box.

Had a service last Friday. Had to buy a new oil filter housing as my old one was rounded off and done up extremely tight. Only to find out the tube inside was missing  :scared:
Chnged the fuel filter and a new wheel speed sensor, filled up the engine with Millers Nanodrive 5-40 with a new oil filter and my God its so much quieter. On idle the only noticeable noise is the injectors now. Also the car seems willing to go and pull solidly through the Rev range.

Great thread.

Think the blue is an underrated color.

I totally agree, blue is my favourite colour so that might have a biased part of it!

Mini update. Not much due to other commitments. Almost put the car up on the market but decided to keep.

Thule Aero Roof Bars
Valeo LED rear lights installed
New Goodyear Eagle F1 ASY II tyres all round.

A few pictures captured at a local SWDubs gathering.
