Similar but not quite the same. The ED30 badge is stuck to the door.

Although both will be hidden with the door closed.

One of my new ones will be going atop my newly painted engine cover! There will be no sneak peeks until the final piece (plaque) is in situ.

....One of mine will be either be going atop my customised Evoms engine cover or on the slam panel (unless it would get slammed on!). No sneak preview peeks of mine either!

Just watch where you fit these guys, the tape I'm providing is 3m stuff the first batch is a gell 0.2mm tape which I doubled up to 0.4mm as this will give it better adhesion to textured surfaces, rounded or curved surfaces is a no go with this tape ! But it sticks superbly to the ashtray and paint work or engine cover - be careful when fitting as it is pretty hard to remove especially when you have prepped the surface with the alcohol wipes !!

The second batch will go out with a slightly thicker 0.6mm 3m tape which will give better adhesion to textured or uneven surfaces !

On my sample plaque I tryed differant tapes and thicknesses and IMO anything at 1mm or over doesn't look very good as the
Gaps are too big - 0.4 - 0.6 are about perfect but I had to ditch the 0.4 mm in favor of the 0.6 as I had to double up the tape to achieve that thickness.

^ Where gobbleplease has positioned his: [A big Thanks to him for organising a Group Buy  :drinking:]

this position seems the classiest place to be, don't think there is much point sticking it on the door as you can only see it when door is open, plus one in the engine bay
