I have just tried to do the last bit with Vcds but when i scan the car it comes up with

Address 75: Telematics
Cannot be reached

What does that mean and what should I do now?

No idea. I was told to clear any fault codes that came up after installing so it might just need to be cleared

Did you manage to change any parameters? If not then it could be a problem with the can gateways

That's perfectly normal with the Polar and not something to be worried about.

After round 3 of my battle with the Polar FIS I managed to plug it in.

I suspect you could now do this again with the minimum of effort

Cheers mate but unfortunately it doesn't end there. Looks like I may be experiencing similar probs to Baz, mine all seems to work ok but I lose the top part of my display where the clock is meant to be.

I hope so too! They seem to be quite helpful though. Its odd as the clock is there when flicking through the menus but not there when on the home screen.
