RNS510 Remove / Canbus issue?
« on: November 29, 2012, 10:31:42 am »
Hi,

I`m sure there`s an easy straight forward answer, I`ve searched but just haven`t found exactly what I`m looking for.

Fitted a RNS510 and then had a new Canbus installed including the relevent firmware installed  to prevent battery drain.

Question is, if I remove the RNS510 and replace with the original radio will that cause any issues? Or do I have to refit  the old Canbus back in?

Thanks

the canbus upgrade isnt only for the head units. Its for other things as well such as xenon upgrade usability. so it should be ok.
