I think there's a few of us on the forum that could have been physically and mentally more prepared for that fight   :stupid:

I don't know many heavy class A drug users that can recover to compete at a former professional level. Is it any surprise?

Think what reputation he had before this fight has now just been flushed down the loo--As you mention Pete he wasn't prepared at all been beaten by a body shot

Totally mate. The problem with Hatton was that he lost his biggest fight, therefore by default he couldn't be one of the greatest. He was very good, but all the great fighters win their biggest & most important fights.

Least it was a body shot eh, after he was sparked out cold by Pacquiao I feared for him getting 'damaged' by coming back.

A few months ago he was carrying some beef, must have been 15st +, now he's back fighting at welterweight just madness in my book.

Time to leave it now Ricky.

I thought he had a lot balls to get in that ring spesh with the last too fights he looked a lot better in his self this time round but he really should hang the gloves up before he loses all respect

Was a tough watch last night, the old Hatton has gone, he's tired and out of sync.  I feared he was going to get seriously hurt in this fight.  Have to admire how he's turned his life back around though.  I hope he's at peace with himself now and can enjoy the finer things in life such as family (and driving his Bentley in the gumball 3000).

He will still be my all time favourite fighter though.

freddie flintoff is worth a watch too but its a bit of a joke imo
