I went from a blueflame to a BCS powervalve but kinda miss the noise sometimes. The quality on both BCS and blueflame exhausts are both really good, putting them side by side they are identical bar the silencers. I found the blueflame easier to fit but the BCS system I have was second hand so the exhaust had already been expanded with the heat of being used. It took me less than 2 hours to fit a brand new system so any decent garage should easily manage it in 2 hours too Can't comment on a milltek as I have never owned one.
