My cover definately doesnt fit with the induction kit in although you can get some designed to fit snugly with the induction piping.

The p flo isn't designed to fit with the original engine cover but you can cut it to work around the piping for it.

As you can see from the picture i posted on the first page you can see how that differs from the stock air box  :happy2:

Alternatively neuspeed do an aftermarket engine cover in carbon fibre but IIRC its around the £200 mark  :scared:

Oh cool, you gone red or black? Haven't tried to remove my engine cover yet. Heard a few reports its a bit tricky, but a few guides are kicking around the forum somewhere.

Gone for black mate think the red would look funny once I've chopped an engine cover to fit we had 2 big lads pulling on mine in the specified points yesterday and it wouldn't budge I think someone might have glued it.

Cool, I'm thinking red then spray the centre part of the cover red. You cover sounds a right PITA. I see your other thread about it. Haven't had time to practice removing mine you but hope it plays ball! As you say sounds like someone previous has glued your back on probably VW lol

It happened with mine!! I was sat in their waiting room and in the corner of my eye I saw them struggling...then next thing guy whacks a loud of glue to the cover and pushes down!!! Cheeky little man. SO I made a point of dealing with this. Luckily no effects as was removed quickly. Anyway, I have a nice black mixed with a bit of blue cover for mine. Fits very snugly around my p-low piping. Suits my GTi very nicely.
