Gti v r32
« on: December 03, 2012, 10:01:28 pm »
Love my Gti, however, I've seen a 2006 r32 which I like the look of, is their much difference apart from engine note and slightly better speed?

Stage 1 GTI would pull away from a stock R32, but wouldn't sound half as nice....in my opinion.

friend of mine has a gti and claims it's faster stock than the r32....dunno if I believe him.

I test drove an R32 a couple of days ago and it sounded great, and the power delivery was smoother and more immediate (as you would expect from a N/A car). However, it'll be less readily tunable given how easy it is to tune turbo charged cars respectively...

To hinder things further, the 4WD is always nice to have
