The handbags have been put away, at least until another day.

What was all the fuss we say, can't you boys just learn to play?

My rhyming here is almost done, remember lads this place is fun

At the end of the day these threads have and will be done to death over and over again and we'll see the same people's opinions over and over again but also there'll be new people throwing new light onto it also which is interesting. If you don't agree with the thread it's simple, just avoid it.

Anyway back to the debate............As said above i also dont care much for the styling of the R32,  I really dont like the front end and the wheels  although I do really like the rear bumper set up.
Ever since the Mk5 came out I have always said that I prefer the Gti in looks way ahead of the R32. However on the Mk6 its the R I prefer to the Gti.
Laser Blue 3dr No 209683, Leather, Monza II's and a few other goodies...........GONE but not forgotten......now in an A4 S-Line Avant 170tdi......god I miss the Gti.

Got to agree the R32 is some what bland from the front, but vw has made up for that as you get to the rear...oh how i like a good rear :drinking: ideal world gti front/R32 rear mated to a four wheel drive turbo engine now thats a mk5 we would surely all be interested in lol

i fear i might start a whole new debate here, but i don't think the S3 is as nice as the Golf R!

get a lightly used TT-RS and a Mk5 GT TDI with the change. best of both worlds with less compromises.
