I quite like Pearl Blue, but navy blue is my favourite colour anyway!
Didn't do much to mine aesthetically but looked ok (check pics in my sig).

Yep your car is coming on, I found that dark tinted headlights made a nice difference on this colour.

Just read through the thread. Do like it mate... now I know why I could never find anything on E38 when you were PM'ing me lol.  :rolleye:
The Votex is nice..  :happy2: Although  I am confused, my JOMs are as low as they can possibly go.. and you have an inch of thread left and you're miles lower lol.

I am over Sam's often these days, should all meet up dude.

Have you took the rear adjusters out? I've heard you can get abit lower without them.

It's not the rear I'm unhappy with, it's the front. My rears have loads left on the back, I could easily tuck the tyre to the wheel rim.. the fronts are down as low as possible.

See I changed my back JOM's to FK's because the back wasnt low enough. My front has an inch of threads still showing... Il see what happens if their not seized

I heard someone say that the streetline fk's are the same as joms, im guessing this isnt the case?

The shock bodies may or may not be the same but the springs are definitely different.
Rule of thumb is the FKs go lower but ride more harshly. The JOMs go low enough to actually look "low" and are more comfortable.

This is a nice read Chris.

Some xenon style headlamps will really set the front off too :D

Lol I wish I had some myself.

Are you changing the coilovers or just winding em down a bit more?

Plan is to fit the splitter and wind them down some more. Maybe take out the rear adjuster & replace with the JOM one which is tiny :)
