19's on an Ed30?

Im looking into buying a set of 19's for my Ed30. What is the best wheel width and tyres size to buy? I have a set of FK Highsport coilovers on my car at the moment and want the car to sit fairly low but not over the top low!
So i want a set of wheels that will fill the arches out nicely!

Any ideas or advice please?
