Just wanted to post up about this particular member.
i bought some head lights of Skilab not too long ago. lights where unfortunately broken when i had received them due to the courier.
obviously i send Skilab a PM on here to question with regards to breakages etc...
anyway we managed to come to some form of resolution and he was very informative and helpful in relation to this. i have dealt with others in the past where they have just ignored my pm's and i had to go down the route of making claims etc etc.
just wanted to say thank you to Skilab for not being one of those people! its greatly appreciated with the way he handled the situation and i think we both learned a little for it all.
