Edition 30..how many miles has yours done?
« on: June 28, 2009, 10:56:44 pm »
Trying desperately to keep the miles off my Edition 30 but it's a painful as I loved driving the thing.

Luckily I have access to a 2nd car for routine commuting but I am mindful as it being a limited model that later down the road good low mileage examples will be sought after.

Just turned 27k in mine on a 2007. :driver:

How many miles have you now covered in your car's and how long will you keeping it ?
Pearl Black Edition 30 3 Door. DSG. (3rd Edition 30)
Maybe on the too do list: APR Stage 2+, KW Clubsports, Brakes, Diff.

Further down the road?
You thinking like 20 years down the road, then?
I cannot see how ED30 will be gaining in value, ever. It's not like it's a special edition Porsche or Ferrari... And it is not THAT limited. I don't know how it is in Britain, but here in Switzerland there are tons of these cars for sale.

So what's then the point of having ED30 and not driving it?

I've done about 38000km in less then 2 years, which is more than I expected, actually. And I will continue driving it as much as before, if not more.
