rs4 fuel pressure valve
« on: December 13, 2012, 07:09:54 pm »
Was debating getting a rs4 fuel pressure valve for my REVO 2+ edition 30..... APR HPFP, OEM REV DV and PCV,  APR RSC TBE, Forge twintake and twintercooler....
Has anyone else got one for the same/similar setup and found it made a difference?

May or may not make a difference depending on if your present value is totally in spec with a cracking pressure of exactly 130bar.

As said it will only make a difference if you car is requesting the amount of pressure that the OEM one cant take

Im fitting one to my 2.0TFSI just for the sake of it, even though APR said i dont need it

I think APR supply it with their K04 kit (definitely the stage 3 kit), so for the cost of one it is a no brainer. Bit fiddly to fit though.

The rs4 return valve did not help mine either.

It  cured my flat spot. Even if it didnt I would leave it on as the oe ones can fail as they get older. At least you would know the fprv is new and working fine.
