Yes, I think it's really all a simple matter of common sense

Yeh exactly! It's so easy to go on ebay and get LEDs from china so common sense is the way forward.

I love your respose to Horatio.....I've just mopped up my laptop after spilling tea on it!

Thats pretty much what i meant, its pretty easy to go to halfords and buy some blue flashing lights, fit them, take a couple of mates and pull people. They should understand why you hadnt stopped, and if in doubt set your phone to record, thats what i do, fed up with being talked to like sh*t!

ON saturday night I was going out for a meal with some friends and my journey involved a stretch of B road (60 limit), about 2 miles along the 9 miles of the road I am travelling I come up behind a 59 plate VW Golf TDI who proceeded to drive at between 15mph and 30mph (in a 60mph zone), pootling along at 30mph!! but every time a car came the other way brakes on down to 15mph until it passed then back to 30mph  :fighting:, I waited patiently until a stretch of road became free (about 1.5 miles) so I could overtake (safely I may add) and the person driving decided it was in their interests to flash his lights at me and then stick main beam on  :stupid:, well I am sorry to say it annoyed me somewhat so I put my rear fog lights on and proceeded to drive the next 2 miles at exactly 15mph (I was going to be early anyway), I got bored after 2 miles and dissapeared into the distance.

If people cannot see at night..............DONT FECKIN DRIVE AT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :stupid:

I am all for a retest every 5 years after retirement age. And if I ever fail then that's one more sh*t driver off the road  :rolleye:

I have a very hilly 18 mile commute to work on B-roads and due to poor driving my cycle commute at 55 mins tends to be only 15-20 mins slower than in my ED30........
