Fitted the eibach ARBs but along with the walk kit and KWv3s. You can feel the bars working in a bend when your carrying some speed into it. There a great mod for the car. The only problem i seem to be having is squeaking coming from the front bar which is a bit of a pain. They have only been on the car for a little over a month!
Is anyone else having this issue with them?

....Do you mean it's only when the suspension is put under compression? By hard braking too?

I had this problem but more because my Eibach ARB bushes were needing greasing and were also fooked after about 60k miles. I have WALK plus KW-V3's too.

I suggest checking your ARB bushes and U-bracket mounts. If they're new, whoever fitted them may not have greased 'em up enough.

H&R are great kit - I had them on my last cars and they performed really well. Great bargain!

GazbutS3 - Mike & VWSpeed have just re-located to Manchester from Norwich, so as a one-man-band he's got a lot on his plate.. Always best to call him, rather than email. Mention my name and he'll sort you a deal too, he's a good friend of mine.

Autotech stuff, I know the guy who runs ops over in the States and he will ship direct to you and give a 10% discount - I forward an email and you do the rest yourself in terms of payment and delivery. Even with duty & the poor exchange it works out cheaper.

Squeaky bushes, they've possibly used something like copper grease instead of proper lube??? Shouldn't take you long to sort it..

Oh, and lastly - Robin's right.. you can set your ARBs to soft in the wet so you get a more progressive 'letting go' action. I wouldn't bother for the road, but I did it for a stinking wet track day at Donny last year  :happy2:
Sideways yo!

The guys did say that they did have a few cars running the eibach ARBs that were squeaking.
I tend to find it when there not working ie straight road but going over bumps. Will have a look and see if they need greased. what is the best stuff to use on the bushes.

I had the same issue with the mk5 and Eibachs and as Mr Danze says it was down to the lube type

Top marks to VW Speed, the ARB's where delivered next day :happy2:

Had them fitted at VWR today and I was really impressed with the transformation, the car feels totally different and really sharp.

The turn in great and really gives you confidence in the car  :driver:

Was also surprised to see the H&R kit included powerflex bushes too

Another highly recommended mod for me  :drinking:
