Water coming in thro driver pillar :( help please

As said water Coming in thro driver pillar :( only in heavy rain

Does that mean I need to get new windscreen or just re silicone it?

It has a crack and massive chip in middle of screen is it worth insurance job for new windscreen or ?

Any help would be ace cheers in advance
