Boot Popping tips
« on: December 21, 2012, 09:41:51 pm »
Done this about a month ago............the bump stops have been pushed right down, but honestly, think it was a waste of £££.

Works 2-3 times out of 10.

Should I released the bumps a bit? or is this just how it is.

Will give it a go. Just pushed them flat as the guides advise.

Will give it a play tomorrow. How far would you say? guessing too far and the boot will not close?

Have you released the spring part of the stops?

Have mine on 3 clicks out as well as the spring loaded nature of the stops should give it that extra bit of Push needed. This time of year is not good for the boot pop though. Open and close the boot a few times by hand and you'll see it working a treat (until it gets cold again in about 1/2 hour).

The POP in fully down - with the springy bit out. I'll try a few clicks out.
