Could either be your pressure sensor failing (around £60 to replace)

Or your DPF could be full of cR*p  :surprised:

Looks like you've got VCDS, so you could force it into a regen, or take it for a long drive with the revs above 2500rpm.

That should clear it   :happy2:

Not heard of many probs with the common rail TDI's except the pressure sensor failing, which luckily is a cheap fix

If you have vagcom you can reset the calibration for the pressure sensor which also often works. When fitting a new señor Los make sure the dpf pipes that clamp onto it are clear by blowing down them.

Can't remover exact sequence, but go into engine, adaptions, then find differential pressure sensor calibration.
