What golf of Statllers was running 12's? Is that 2.5t or 2.0t that revs to 10, 000rpm?

Cheers, stevie.

Awesome day :happy2:

Bit windy though.....30mph head to crosswind.

Very happy bunch from Sunny Sheffield.

Steve Jr's car was phenomenally fast ( at last some grip too! ) making for a fantastic 12.xx second 30-130.

The AFP Superoo was simply unbelievably quick 30-130 although it would have probably stripped itself of bodywork if it had tried to go for a top speed run. LOL.

Lots of good cars in attendance and Ben's car was a good benchmark for how the wind affected us mid runners in the 30-130 as he was down around a second from last years runs.

I was hoping that more than DanGB would have turned up from APR, but you can't have everything.

One day I might actually attend an event where there is a tailwind!

Thanks to all the guys and gals at RAF Marham for another supremely well organised day and the chaps and chapesses from MLR for their hard work in running it too. :pomppomp:

Golf R gone.

It was their 2.0TFSI Loba L04XX car running a stage 2 head and WMI. 500+bhp I'd guess now. :driver:

Great day today (as usual) and good to see everyone again. Wind was a PITA, but everyone was on the same playing field so all relative on the day.

Cheers for the passenger run again John. Car is certainly going well now mate and I was happy to admit defeat in the end (even if you was on the loopy juice :happy2:

Probably the last 30-130mph event for the BM I should think, but she didn't do too bad for the minimal mods. Roll on next year with a new motor  :driver:.
Some cracking cars there today and some interesting thrills and spills. Car of the day for me (apart from AFP's ridiculous monster that was simply mind bending  :surprised:) was Steve Jnr's Ed30. 12 secs in those conditions was proper impressive and 170+ top end to boot..  :congrats:

Rumoured to be around 1200bhp but don't think he's ever done a full power run on a Dyno.

How did DEZIBOY get on in the white civic? I had a passenger ride in that back when it was only 305bhp

Pretty good day.
highlight was haivng the car weighed.
Was 1400kg no driver, and 5/8 tank of fuel - so probably 25kg or so of fuel. Quite pleased with that seeing its in fuel road trim and its 4WD now.

Car wasnt running great. dont think its much/any more than 400hp at the moment. Also felt that it was misfiring bit of the runs in the lower gears.

cant bleive the speed of that ED30, and im sure the DSG helps too! My gear changes are wank.

Loks like the Dans APR Stage 3+ is getting spanked by Hurdys LO400 and destroyed by Statllers LO4xx!!!

What I don't get with dans car is why he's still running that ancient gt28, it's wank IMO poor spool. A gtx28 makes a world of a difference

Becuase its costs money to upgrade and i'd rather spend the cash on a house  :happy2:

It still dyno'd at 480Hp with the WMI didnt it?

[excuses]
I would of expected it to spank mine.. considering my car was running poor, and his has the hybrid, WMI, and a mixture of racefuel.. oh and DSG :)
