Help Choosing Alloys
« on: December 29, 2012, 10:53:57 am »
Yes I know there's an alloy thread....

But need help as its such a big decision. Can't decide to go for 18's or 19's also can't decide on one single wheel. Have been looking at RS4/6's but think I've changed my mind again. Don't like BBS style rims, so am asking for people to post there fav rims for me to look at, also help with 18 or 19's.

Cheers guys   :happy2:

For me, its 18's (or smaller) every time.... 19's are far too big unless of course they serve a puporse i.e. Clearance for a big brake kit....

A few of my favorites (to name a few) are:

BBS CH's - common I know but they've clearly done something right to warrant being so popular!
Merc Alphards.
Rotiforms.
AMG Mag's.
Speedline turini's
Squared.

Ever time I see this pic with those wheels, small sex wee!  :notworthy: :notworthy:

OP, you can't say you don't like these, or BBS-CHR's or BBS LM's  or the OEM BBS Monza's or any of the others. If your not into BBS then get some OZ wheels, either of the Alleggerita's or Ultraleggera's are very light and great eye candy IMO. (Que RR and Monte with pics of their cars/wheels now  :notworthy:)

19" for show and 18" for go. My choice, go 19".

EDIT: (Not forgetting any of the VMR wheels, especially the V701's)
