Thats something i was looking at doing. 

Buying a very high mileage Octavia vRS, stick an S3/Ed30 or 2.0TSI mit K04 engine in it, all the suspension/brakes etc would be changed anyway so mileage isnt an issue, then you have a sweet car for much less money.

That's exactly what I'm doing, my list is growing and growing though, already purchased coil overs and just got some wheels on ebay  :driver: :mad: :grin: :grin:
