Mk6 golf gear knob

Do the gear knobs for the mk6gti fit straight into the mk5?

How easy are they to fit?

Anyone know how much they cost from the dealer?

Yes they do fit as I have one, purchased from a forum member here.
Around 100 bucks is the going rate I think, although I've no idea what they are from the dealers.

As above, yes they should. Quite a few mk6 owners fit edition 30 ones to thier cars.
