quick question referance boost guage buzz
« on: January 01, 2013, 11:58:11 pm »
I have fitted a boost guage and i get a rattle which can be annoying at times. I dont particually want to change the way it is fitted as i have a new hose which has a nipple that comes off it for thee boost guage to come off.

Is there any restrictors or anything i can get to put in the line to prevent or reduce this. The boost pipe itself is already as short as possible.

thanks

shaun

There are certain types of t pieces named "no buzz kits" I think AKS tuning sell them (vRSalex on here). I've seen them at awesome Gti too

Another bit of advice I have been given is keep the vacuum tubing as long as possible to reduce / stop / dampen the ticking
