been quoted £264 to go stage 2 to stage 3. is that the going rate. seems expensive to me.

Was £120 from AKS (IIRC) going from Stg2+ to Stage 3

iirc it was £100 plus VAT.
The dealer may also charge you garage time on top of this amount.

That seems like a bargain to me, if they are including the KO 4 upgrade as well.
