I'm in the middle of lowering my mk5 and I'm stuck trying to fit the rear springs the toe bolts in the centre near the sub frame are seized the nuts have undone fine but the bolts I can not get out does any one know how I can get these are as I need them out to fit the springs and need them free for the tracking to be done

lots of wd40 and probably some heat although heat will probably kit the rubber bush!!
