Thread name - rules or guidance?

Guys,

Just a thought, but it would be easier to "extract" information from the forum if everyone gave their thread titles meaningful names rather than "just a question" or "a little help required"

It would be a lot easier to find the information with the search function this way.

Would it be a good idea to request this in the forum rules? (if it isn't already?)

Just a thought. . .

Good idea, but good luck enforcing that one. Lets be honest the people who use the search function, don't post much anyway for obvious reasons.  :rolleye:

If you even suggest to use the search function, you get shot down by members wanting to talk about the same thing over and over again.   :fighting2:

Search doesn't just "search" titles but body text also; but your recommendation would make things clearer, not only for a forum search but for the SERP's too.  Getting peeps to do this would be a task though.

Absolutely guys - I've noticed folk are getting worse for it these days  :fighting:

Guess will just have to put up with it  :sad1:

I fully agree and would love to help enforce this..

For me, using the search function... I can never find what im looking for  :chicken:
