Where are you based?

My friend owns Unicorn Motor Developments. He has just finished doing a custom map for my ED30 and it's immense, he has also done switchable maps which you change using the pedals and the rev counter which is properly cool!

Price is very reasonable compared to Revo/APR.

I'd either go there or Nick @ R Tech...

That sounds awesome  :happy2

If you get time, can you write a review of them in the reviews section? I bet a lot of members would be interested in a switchable map like that, without paying the Revo / APR premium

With a K04 conversion on a GTI engine you would need a stage 3 map from the major tuners, but as has been said on here already, with this type of conversion I believe you'd be better off going with a custom map.

As i'm sure John will agree, get a WMi kit fitted too, (like i will), join the dots, you'd have one mean fighting machine!! Nick would work his magic and you probably wouldn't sleep for yet another week as you'd never want to get out of it!!!!! Not that i advocate driving without adequate rest of course!!  :driver:

If you're on stock internals you'll probably be on the edge of bending a rod with k04+wmi.
Without traction power is nothing!
