iPod connector in armrest - no power?

Is there a separate fuse or anything?

Car belongs to a family member and they have asked me to take a look over Xmas.

I believe it take power straight from the head unit, Dave..

Pull out the unit un the arm rest and check the wiring is ok.

Mine had this problem, should be a chunky brown cable for the earth, mine wasn't connected properly, re-eartched it and was fine!
