I'm unlikely to go for the remap at the moment due to money going elsewhere (4 year service and cam belt- bummer) so thats something I'll look at that next year when iv'e enough to pay for any parts that may or may not need replacing as as result. I want to make the car sound a bit better so will probably go down the filter/exhaust route.

Is there much difference in noise from a good panel filter then?

^^^ Nothing that's really noticeable TBH, but the exhaust will sort out the need for noise  :smiley:
