What other mods are you running as a fluttering noise is normal if you have other mods like a intake.

im talking serious flutter my dv isnt working at all. iv replaced it with different ones and still nothing. iv just fitted k04 ready for map. gona do injecters 2mora. but thought i would just check car after fitting turbo. so gave it a rev and it flutters bad checked dv as its at front now buy pulling pipe of the side. and it isnt moving at all. just want to make sure everything is sweet before getting stage 3 file.
i bought a used k04 and im hoping it isnt a stuck wastegate or something like that.

Have you rechecked your wiring to the dv since you've extended them ?

If you don't have a k04 map installed then keep engine off boost as with a k03 map the turbo will overboost.
Without traction power is nothing!

There was a chap on here called Sammy.

He did exactly as you have done. I sincerely hope you haven't been caning it as it cost him an engine.  :rolleye:

Where are you getting it mapped??

If your taking it to a specialist then they are best placed to check it over, remember your engine is trying to control a different turbo to what it's programmed to do so it's not going to to work quite right as it is.

Flutter is normally caused by the actuator? Mine does it even with dump valve working

i found the cause of the dv not opening up and diverting. when i fitted the dv reroute i left the old map sensor that was already in the pipe. didnt think anything of it.
so i removed the map sensor from my old pipe and fitted it in the new dv reroute. and now the flutter is gone and dv is operating as it should.

just gota book into aps for my stage 3 file and im going to get them to fit the injectors aswell. dnt want to risk it.

It will chatter alot due to the load request on the k03 map.  Dont rev the car at all untill it is mapped.
