Instructions for Retro fitting an armrest

Hi, i'm new to the site and just purchased my first VW Golf GTI but i'm wanting to fit an armrest as it doesn't have one. I have purchased the armrest but don't have any instructions!! Can anyone help me out?

I fitted one last night. Depending on the version, I would recommend dismantling the bulk of the arm rest before fitting and then build it up bit by bit.

When I got mine it came with a set of destructions, pretty easy to fit together really.

It's a nice easy job, unless you want to do the vent pipes too which requires a little more work. But definitely do bit at a time - main cage with armrest lid first, then slip over the plastic cover, make sure you push the clips down the side correctly. A couple of screws at the back to attach to the cage. Then push on and downward the rear plastic with the vents (without the Cupholder) then push in the Cupholder, fold down and put in the last two screws and viola
