Here you go fella, a R32 rear bumper with a GTI insert valance fitted from SRS TEC in Germany, few peeps have their stuff, good quality AFAIK and reasonable price.

My GTI came with a side exit R32 style bumper but it all colour coded due to it being a crappy ABS plastic eBay job as far as I can see. It looks good but I don't like having anything non OEM on the bodywork side so will be on the lookout for a genuine R32 rear and get Cobra to change my backbox to an R32 style one later this year.

Anyway, this is what it looks like

You need the bottom splitter, Give your local Trade Parts Specialist a call! They will be cheaper than the stealers!

Glad I stumbled across this thread, been looking for pictures of people who actually fitted the r32 but Gti exit lower halfs. Been looking to buy one for a while but been put off by the eBay ones that the centre isn't textured on!!

Is the STS-TEC diffuser a straight fit with the GTI exhaust?  Or does the exhaust need to be adjusted slightly to fit?

It can be the case of part of the R32 lower section being in the way a bit. My friend had to do a bit of wiggling and had removed a little of the support part on the lower section of the rear bumper next to the zorst as he had 80mm end pipes and was worried about the heat causing an issue with the plastic.

Not his but the same position...

Sorry your right, I was referring to the srs tec piece. But yes you do have to trim ever so slightly the R32 bumper  :happy2:

My bad! I read the question wrong but the more info the better.  :happy2:

Does the SRS one have any extra heat protection on the reverse of it like on the R32 one?
