I read this story earlier. It's rancid, but hardly surprising. I found it funny that they gave him vouchers for free food - like the poor lad is ever, ever going to step foot in KFC again!

If anyone wants a classy KFC, go to the one in Sheldon, Birmingham.

Most the staff are outside smoking fags, then go back to serving food. It literally repulses you as they walk past stinking of fags. And they don't wash their hands, and one of the girls was picking her face.

I'm not eating there again after that!!

That is grim. I work in Birmingham and 95% of the food outlets I wouldn't even consider going in!

I live fairly close to it, sometimes the KFC urge is just too much to withhold. So you have to just blank your mind as you wuff down your twister!!

Subway is much cleaner though. Always wearing gloves to serve you. Cleanliness is much better. No chuffing workers stood outside either.
