As jussa said I'd be more inclined to think it was an adult than kids.

Did you possibly park somewhere, that someone else might deem as being "their" parking spot?

It seems you cant leave your pride n joy anyhwere.
Mind you I do drive my Jetta to work and park in private carpark at the rear of my work but the little scrotes have tried to break into the offices above my place.

I was a kid not too long ago, and it's not really the sort of crime the delinquents did. When cars where targeted it usually was more a case of a boot to the wing mirror or running over the top of it. But again that usually only happened at night, when there was a group of lads and usually when drunk.

A boot or running over the top is mindless foolery. Keying, throwing paint over something, that is jealousy, and I can't ever recall youngsters being jealous of a grown man in a fast car, it's expected. An adult who isn't doing as well in life as John, well they would hold resentment.

No, I've always parked in that same spot for years and nothing has happened to any of my cars.
