Hi all, upgraded from my old mark 2 GTi to an Edition 30 last month and loving it!!! The joys of things like electric windows and electric mirrors  :happy2:

Good choice.Had a mk2 GTI a few years ago & still got a soft spot for them. :smiley:

Welcome! Quite a jump from the mk2 to the mk5. ED30 is a cracking car - not long had mine, and a jump from a very heavily modded mkiv has meant I have had to learn all sorts of new stuff to understand the canbus, etc. Will be the same for you no doubt.
I do like all the mod cons on the mk5 though!

Put some pics up of your new Dub when you can!  :smiley:

I admit 20 posts isn't massive in 3 months. More of a reader ;) A couple of reasons. Job being one of them as I'm now closer to my work I can walk to/from work so I don't need a car at all. Had a claim on my insurance a few months previous so it's costing a fortune just sitting there, damn insurance companies  :fighting:
