got these jacking pads on mine

http://www.psituning.com/product.php/21370/ecs_volkswagen___audi_jack_pad_adapter

better safe than sorry when crawling underneath, then lower onto axel stands under jacking points.

Why all that expense as those lift pads are cheaper when bought directly from an Audi dealer.
You'll need four of both.

8N0 804 583 - lift pad rubbers, retail ~£1.15 each
8N0 803 855 - lift pad hard inserts, retail ~£2.35 each
Without traction power is nothing!

Mandy... those ones really chew the chassis of your car up, avoid.

Ah right, I thought the Halfords one might be alright cos it got some good reviews. I'm not looking to buy one anyway.

Or do the S3 jacking points for about 40quid.

Lots of conflicting advice when it comes to these bungs. Allegedly they're designed for a 2 post lift, where the weight is distributed between all 4 points at the same time.

Some for sale here in case anyone wants one?!
