For what it's worth, I like some parts of TG and not other parts of TG. A TG review by JC in 2005 of the Mk5 GTI is what made me arrange a test drive the following day and the rest is history!

They mentioned the Mk7 in last night's prog and reviewed some hatchbacks last week.

Robin , I remember the TG review of the Mk5 , its what made me want one as well , as well as the reviews in EVO , it took me 5 years to get one after that but I got there in the end!

Pretty good tonight I thought, up there with my two favourite adventures botswana and 4x4's in south america.

Genuinely impressed with what they got for £1500!!

1500 for that Impreza, what a great winter motor!  Christ, spend 500 quid plus on winter tyres!

I think tonight's episode was meant to be the Xmas special, could be wrong.
