3 or 4 inches in Berwick upon Tweed. Lots of heavy snow and hail showers blowing in off the North Sea , only just managed getting my car back into its garage as that road in the estate is never gritted.

A good few inches in Dudley/Wolvo too. Witnessed some real bad driving. Felt sorry for some but got to ask if people are that scared of driving in these conditions should they even be on the roads?!

Really impressed with the traction I got with my Michelin Alpins. Had real confidence in the car accross every road I travelled! It's going to be expensive going forwards, I will want winters on every car I have!
Also thought this looked a bit cold...

Been snowing on and off since lunch time and its still snowing now, Newcastle (high ground)..

My black .:R32 is now Grey off all of the salt on the roads  :ashamed:

Well I love the snow love driving in it too. Golf is surprisingly quite good in it! We have had a lot of snow here in Kelso some places it's drifted to over a foot high.
Here's a wee pic of the golf thinking it wants a bigger splitter haha
