Update!!!
Thursday we set the gear selectors up, configured steering rack and done the wheel alignment. I then got too do a few laps just too check steering, brakes and the general mechanicals and electrics. After a few runs the car was MOTed and obviously passed. A few more runs was done with the last couple too get the car boosting and check the gear changes all of which was fine. The car was left for 2 hours on tick over just too check levels and the fans etc are kicking in.
Friday was started with running the laptop link up cables through the bulk head and under the dash and the final touches too the engine bay and then we filled it with a full tank of V Power and tied it down on the rolling road with multiple straps. We started at 11.30 running the car with 0.4 bar of boost and set the cams up as aggressively as possible to counter the lag and produce the low down power and after an hour we concentrated on the fuelling and upping the boost. We added the boost controller in and done the last 2 runs with race plugs, 1 bar of boost and the small injectors for now. We ran the car constantly on the rollers the 4 and a half hours with no issues apart from having too drop the tyre pressure too 20 psi half way through as we had wheel spin but the car never missed a beat.
At 4 we put the car on the ramp and checked for leaks and re bled the clutch and then I done a few more laps too experience the new power. I included a hardish 1st to 2nd launch and allthough the roads was wet the traction control handled it self and the car still has its refinement and has not lost its drive ability. The last 2 runs we decided too see what power were making and the figures are 504 whp and 520 lb ft torque with the bigger injectors to go in and the boost increased which is capable of 1.5 bar after the 1000 mile run in is complete
I'll try and upload vids later this week
