Ahh, cheers mate. Should look superb once painted. I'm chuffed with how they turned out, I amaze myself at times and I'm real pleased I went with the initial idea. Look forward to seeing them in the flesh tommorrow and ill grab some more pics  :happy2:

Well...... I was going to have the original grill, diffuser, mirrors etc made from CF as I have a boat building friend and then changed my mind at the last minute... We had the moulds ready to go and even started the mirrors but
My opinion is CF has been bone to death and you either do a whole car or don't bother? We was going to do the bumpers in CF but again I changed my mind as there was no real weight gains and it would still of been painted but I think your be happy with how i have decided to finish the bumpers.
Also less money on CF means more monies towards the running side of things
I have 1 piece of true CF on the car and that's in the boot

Spoken like a True Petrol Head,

Dread to think how much money you have invested into this monster.

Well, I managed to find a few hours to work on the car today so I thought it was best put to use prepping the inlet and engine cover. I can drop these to the painters tomorrow

Managed to find enough time to do a little more cleaning up on my TT lower arms

Travelled down to the car today to meet with Mike to fit the bumpers. All went unbeleivably well and not much modding was required. We used the original sliding mounts and bonded these on to the bumpers. We knew there would be some more alterations to do which Mike will start tommorrow and have them all wrapped up for Monday. He's still to make the badge holder in GRP and has a few mounting points to add.

A few more pics.............

Sex wee again, I'm gonna end up with sores at this rate, or blind. The 4th pic down looks so moody, but that arse is bellissimo

Haha. I know what you mean about the rear.    The front looks awkward at the moment where its all one colour. Once painted, correct wheels and lowered it will be fine but not as nice as the rear end perhaps  :happy2:
