Hi,
the CBI's are Osram's 'Cool Blue Intense', equivalent to sylvania's SVS (IIRC)

and your correct, its D2S for the Mk5, was just wondering if you could get D1S's as my A4 takes those and they could do with a bit of a refresh...

the CBI's are well worth the premium if you can afford it, i've got a set fitted to my golf and the difference was noticeable when changing from the ordinary Osram bulbs that were already fitted.

I can definitely get you a pair of D1S.

D2S seem to be hard to get hold of.

I see what a pair of D1S will be apples.  :happy2:

Rich,

If the price is decent (im sure they will be) and the bulbs are OEM replacements, I would be definately interested - always good to have a spare set!!

Anyone have an idea of the rrp from the dealers?

There are loads of Philips D2S's on Ebay going cheap... however, loads of them are fake - its a minefield!

Rich

EDIT: just checked on ECP and the Philips ones retail at £98 before discount..

Luka where did you buy your bulbs from?and for how much?

Dougie

Got them off Marijus on eBay, trades as Xelix Trading. eBay item number: 280996677833 £112.50 delivered. I know it sounds a lot for bulbs, but they are well worth it!

Sorry if I'm redirecting trade here!  :signLOL:

D2S dont suppose you took before/after drivers view pics?

Right.

The deal would be £25 per D2S bulb (including P&P)... slight snag is there are used. HOWEVER.... i have been running some of these bulbs from this seller for knocking on 4 years and they work perfectly.

Would people still buy them? Let me know, and i buy a job lot and put them up in the classifieds.
