I say leave as is as I think the GTI should wear the GTI badge at the front. The rear looks better without IMO!  :happy2:

i'm still not sold on black lip but i will do a photoshop in next hour or two to see how it looks. :happy2:

Yup  :happy2:

I know what part your talking about, when i changed my gti silver letters to the ones i have now with red outline i could'nt get the plastic bit off so i heated up letters and then peeled them off and replaced letters...

I know that once i can get that plastic bit on the front off, there is the back part that is part of honeycoombe that i would have to some how cut out.. anyone know i cheap good tool i could buy to do that.. :happy2:

i can see where your coming from but i think it would make it look quite stealth, and i think with out it people would still know its a gti (especially when i put my foot down :signLOL:)

my opinion would be to leave it.

i can see the idea behind removing it, cleaner looking etc.

but in practise is just leaves the car looking like "who stole my GTI badge?"

I like the GTi badge... it lets people know you've got the real deal golf....

Take it off and you leave people wondering whether its a GTi or not....

And you aint gonna be putting ur foot down all the time

Depends how you are... for style... it prolly does look better off.... but its nice to show off the GTi badge right ? 8)
