Spend an extra £30 and buy some Eibachs. I've never heard of the brand in the link, stick with ones recommended on the forum Don't ruin a fine handling car with cr&p lowering springs.
H&R springs are slightly lower than Eibachs. I was happy with the H&Rs on mine.I think Apex do -40mm springs but your shocks wouldn't last long. You may be best saving for some AP coilovers if you want lower than 30ish mm.Graeme

GNJ motorsport are pretty good with there prices have a look on there web site. thats where im getting mine from when i got the money saved.

If you go for the Eibach Sportlines they are around a 40mm drop compared to the standard Eibach springs which are around 25mm, have these on my car and the drop is spot on.
