faulty map stat ?
« on: January 25, 2013, 01:45:40 pm »
Just had a new radiator fitted as the old one just started to leak. it failed a pressure test.was not impressed with the amount of hot air im getting. seems that the car wont run at 90degress  its between the 50 and 90 mark on the gauge. garage said the map stat might be faulty. cant find any info on it and how much. i guess they dont have normal radiator thermostats now and its electronic perhaps ?
