Blue MK5 GTI
« on: February 03, 2013, 12:30:07 pm »
Hello all, just a quick hello from me in sunny Cornwall.

Picked up a 2005 blue MK5 GTI 5 door a couple of weeks ago and have been lurking around the forum looking at common jobs to ensure I get the best from the car, it needs a bit of TLC cosmetically to bring it back to it's former glory but i'm looking forward to the process.

Had a MK4 1.8T a few years ago so i'm not a total newb on the VAG scene, but i've been away for a few years having gone over to a ford diesel and then a BMW diesel.

Some really great cars on here, mine will remain more or less completely standard but I hope to actively participate in the forum.
