Alloy Wheels Help

Hi everyone,

Ive seen some alloy wheels which are 18", 5X100, 8J front, 9J rear 35mm offset

Front tyres are 225/40

Rear tyres are 225/45


Ive only dealt with small rims in the past, so would these fit my 05 Golf tdi?

They won't fit as the mk5 Golfs are 5x112 and not 5x100, you could get adaptors but that's a lot of messing workingout offsets etc
