Is there anything to look out for/awkward to remove when dropping a MK5 on springs.. iv lowered all my cars on springs or coilovers but never a Golf. Just when i did my A4 B6 ended up having to change all 4 upper control arms! Nightmare..

only awkward parts are splitting the front s by getting the chucker out of the hub..the backs are very ease

ok mate, i know a thing or two about cars but never heard 'chucker' whats that exactly..?? ill just take angle grinder to rears n watch em drop straight out haha..

nightmare arent they mate, iv got an S3, just couldnt register on this forum with it for some reason.. had to boot up the old tower. lol

Cheers for the comments on my car,going to Awesome gti in may to get a uprated clutch and the s3 intercooler fitted then the map can be tweaked more.Sold the r32 alloy a while ago but wished i had kepted them as a spare set
