Knocking noise coming from rear Please help!!

Hello people

I've got a golf mk5 tdi and it's recently started to make a knocking noise at the rear I have replaced the anti roll bar bushes and drop links but it is still the same.
The noise gets worse over lots of bumps I would say the noise is like plastic knocking.
I am also lowered on fk silver line coilovers which was fitted about 1month ago.

If anyone could give me some info I would be very grateful.

everything out of the boot, spare wheel etc, Seats down and up, parcel shelf out, wheel arch liners

Tried all of that and still does it :( defiantly coming from under the car.

Definitely not rubbing then.
Dead shock due to lowering too much.?

iv got the same issue with mine with fk street coilovers

But could be rear shocks but there only a month old :(

Is yours like a plastic rattle and does it do it a lot over slight bumpy roads?

yeah exactly that! higher speeds cant hear it too much tho just slow speeds on small bumped roads

What have you tried so far?

I had 2 tapping noises from the rear -
1 was suprisingly loud for a small item - one of the rear number plate lights was loose. Tightened the screws but it did not stop and found a sealing gasket was missing.
The other was a wire loose (leading to my rear parking sensors) behind the R/H side boot trim. Trim is a bit of a sod to get off, so I got the rear free enough to jam some foam in, on the wire. Waiting for warmer weather to do a proper job.

And on a previous car I found the number plate rattled. Tightened the screws but the centre of the plate would flap slightly so I stuck it down with double sided foam pads...

On the rear suspension setup I've got a rubber at the top and then put the adjuster at the bottom but didnt put no rubber under it is this right?
