New Golfer in Aberdeen
« on: January 31, 2013, 09:24:21 pm »
Hello all. My name is Vikram and I just got a 07 Golf GTI. I have been driving a Nissan mircra (gold colour). After over a year of deliberation with my wife, who wanted a sensible family car and I, who wanted a hot hatch finally compromised on a Mk5 Gti.

Welcome to the forum :happy2:

There is quite a few of us from the Aberdeen area on here.

When I got my gti the plan was to keep it standard but after reading about things on here I kept wanting to buy more mods

Thank you folks. I think I am going to enjoy the car as far it can go on standard mode. A possible remap is on my mind for the future to get more out of the car.
